NOAH AND ABRAHAM

So we learn in the creation account in Genesis that all of
creation took place in a span of about 6,000 years.  We also
learn that there were two different creations accounts of man.
The first creation of man was a “creation“, the second man
received the breath of life and became a living soul and was
not “created” but “formed”.  I wanted to believe that this
“formed” man was created on the first day of the week or the
8th day but using the account of Genesis on the 7th day God
ended his work and then rested.
Gen 2:2  And on the seventh day God ended his work which he
had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work
which he had made.
We also learn in the Genesis account that the serpent was in
the garden that the Lord had planted and although the
Genesis account describes the tree of knowledge of good and
evil as something to be avoided, going back to the original
Hebrew language, we find that these terms used about the
fruit of that tree and the tree itself are often used as
descriptions for acts of sex.  The word of God itself proves this
point by saying that Cain took a woman from the land of Nod
and also Cain is not listed in the genealogy of Adam, therefore
he was not Adam’s son.
The Lord Jesus made reference of this himself:  Mat 13:24-30
Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom
of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his
field:   But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares
among the wheat, and went his way.   But when the blade
was sprung up, and brought forth fruit, then appeared the
tares also.   So the servants of the householder came and said
unto him, Sir, didst not thou sow good seed in thy field? from
whence then hath it tares?   He said unto them, An enemy
hath done this. The servants said unto him, Wilt thou then that
we go and gather them up?  But he said, Nay; lest while ye
gather up the tares, ye root up also the wheat with them.   Let
both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of
harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the
tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the
wheat into my barn.
The only explanation of how the first creation of man got past
the flood is that one of Noah’s son’s wives was of that first
creation.  For in the Lord’s parable he said they would be here
until the harvest.  The Lord himself and all of the apostles put
forth the doctrine of “election” over that of “free will”.

Terah, the tenth decendant from Noah, had three sons:
Abram, Nahor and Haran.  Haran’s son was Lot.  The Lord told
Abram to leave his country and kindred and go to a land that
he would show him and promised to make of him a great
nation and bless him.  Abram was 75 years old when he left
Haran, with his wife Sarai and his nephew Lot, his belongings
and his servants, and traveled to Canaan.  There was severe
famine in the land of Canaan so they packed up and went
south to Egypt.  So after the conflict in Egypt, Genesis 12, they
went back to the Bethel area where Abram and Lot separated,
Genesis 13.  There was a rebellion of the cities around against
Elam, Genesis 14.  Lot was taken prisoner with his entire
household by the Elamites.  One person that escaped capture
came and told Abram who assembled 318 servants that
headed north in pursuit of the Elamite army.  And in the battle
they freed Lot and killed the Elamite king.  Upon Abram’s
return, Sodom’s king came out to meet with him along with
Melchizedek the king of Salem, a priest of the God most high.
He brought out bread and wine and blessed Abram and God.
Abram then gave him a tenth of the spoils from the battle.
Heb 7:1-6  For this Melchisedec, king of Salem, priest of the
most high God, who met Abraham returning from the
slaughter of the kings, and blessed him;  To whom also
Abraham gave a tenth part of all; first being by interpretation
King of righteousness, and after that also King of Salem, which
is, King of peace;   Without father, without mother, without
descent, having neither beginning of days, nor end of life; but
made like unto the Son of God; abideth a priest continually.
Now consider how great this man was, unto whom even the
patriarch Abraham gave the tenth of the spoils.   And verily
they that are of the sons of Levi, who receive the office of the
priesthood, have a commandment to take tithes of the people
according to the law, that is, of their brethren, though they
come out of the loins of Abraham:  But he whose descent is
not counted from them received tithes of Abraham, and
blessed him that had the promises.
The word of God came to Abram in a vision and repeated the
promises that he had made about his descendants being as
numerous as the stars.  God told of the future bondage of
Israel in Egypt in Genesis 15.
After 10 years of living in Canaan, no child had been born of
Sarai.  She gave Hagar to Abram so that he may have a child
by her.  When Hagar found she was pregnant, she began to
despise Sarai.  Sarai then mistreated Hagar and Hagar left.  An
angel of the Lord spoke with Hagar at the fountain on the way
to Shur.  He instructed her to return and that her son would
be “a wild ass of a man”.  He told her to name her son
Ishmael.  She returned to Sarai as she was instructed and
Abram was 86 when Ishmael was born.
Gal 4:23-31  But he who was of the bondwoman was born
after the flesh; but he of the freewoman was by promise.
Which things are an allegory: for these are the two covenants;
the one from the mount Sinai, which gendereth to bondage,
which is Agar.  For this Agar is mount Sinai in Arabia, and
answereth to Jerusalem which now is, and is in bondage with
her children.  But Jerusalem which is above is free, which is
the mother of us all.  For it is written, Rejoice, thou barren that
bearest not; break forth and cry, thou that travailest not: for
the desolate hath many more children than she which hath an
husband.  Now we, brethren, as Isaac was, are the children of
promise.  But as then he that was born after the flesh
persecuted him that was born after the Spirit, even so it is
now.  Nevertheless what saith the scripture? Cast out the
bondwoman and her son: for the son of the bondwoman shall
not be heir with the son of the freewoman.  So then, brethren,
we are not children of the bondwoman, but of the free.
Thirteen years later, when Abram was 99 years old, God gave
him a new name, Abraham.  Which is one of the like figures of
God changing his own name from Jehovah to Jesus.
Rev 3:12  Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the
temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will
write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city
of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out
of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new
name.
Abraham then received the instructions for the covenant of
circumcision Genesis 17:10
Rom 2:21-29  Thou therefore which teachest another, teachest
thou not thyself? thou that preachest a man should not steal,
dost thou steal?  Thou that sayest a man should not commit
adultery, dost thou commit adultery? thou that abhorrest idols,
dost thou commit sacrilege?  Thou that makest thy boast of the
law, through breaking the law dishonourest thou God?  For the
name of God is blasphemed among the Gentiles through you,
as it is written.   For circumcision verily profiteth, if thou keep
the law: but if thou be a breaker of the law, thy circumcision is
made uncircumcision.  Therefore if the uncircumcision keep
the righteousness of the law, shall not his uncircumcision be
counted for circumcision?      And shall not uncircumcision
which is by nature, if it fulfil the law, judge thee, who by the
letter and circumcision dost transgress the law?  For he is not
a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision,
which is outward in the flesh:  But he is a Jew, which is one
inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit,
and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.
Afterward, Abraham was sitting in his tent in Mamre when he
looked up and saw three men.  He ran and bowed to the
ground to welcome them.  He offered to wash their feet and
fetch them bread then rushed to Sarah’s tent to get her to
make them cakes from fine flour and ordered a servant boy to
prepare a choice calf.  When all was prepared, he set it before
them and waited as they ate, Genesis 18.
One of the men told Abraham that upon his return next year,
Sarah would have a son.  Sarah overheard what was said and
laughed to herself about the idea of having a son at her age.
Sarah denied laughing, frightened knowing that as the visitor
had said, nothing is too hard for God.  Abraham and his three
visitors rose and walked over to a peak that overlooked the
cities of the plains to discuss the fate of Sodom and Gamorrah.
Their sins were so great that it moved God to take action.
Jud 1:7  Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about
them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and
going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example,
suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.
2Pe 2:4-9  For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but
cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of
darkness, to be reserved unto judgment;  And spared not the
old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of
righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the
ungodly;   And turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrha into
ashes condemned them with an overthrow, making them an
ensample unto those that after should live ungodly;  And
delivered just Lot, vexed with the filthy conversation of the
wicked:  (For that righteous man dwelling among them, in
seeing and hearing, vexed his righteous soul from day to day
with their unlawful deeds;)  The Lord knoweth how to deliver
the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto
the day of judgment to be punished:
Lot was living in Sodom.  God revealed his plan to judge these
cities to Abraham.  The two angels that were with the Lord
walked on towards Sodom.  Abraham began to talk to the Lord
(who is Jesus Christ, 1Co 12:3  Wherefore I give you to
understand, that no man speaking by the Spirit of God calleth
Jesus accursed: and that no man can say that Jesus is the
Lord, but by the Holy Ghost. )  Lot began to plead with the
Lord from 50 persons down to 10 “if there were at least 10
righteous men found in the city would not God spare the city?”
God said he would not destroy it even for 10, Genesis 18:17-
33.
When the two angels got to Sodom they planned on staying in
the city square but Lot met with them and insisted that they
stay at his house for the night.  A gang of men set outside of
Lot’s house and demanded that they bring out his guests so
that they may “know” them.  Lot objected and offered his
virgin daughters who had not “known” a man to the gang of
men instead.  They rejected that idea and tried to break down
Lot’s door to get to his male guests, Genesis 19.  Confirming
that the cry of this city had waxed great before the Lord and
they should be destroyed.  Righteous Lot was delivered and
early the next morning Abraham stood before the Lord and
looked out towards Sodom and Gomorrah and saw what
became of the cities of the plain.  “As the smoke of the land
went up as the smoke of a furnace”, Genesis 19.
2Pe 2:7-17  And delivered just Lot, vexed with the filthy
conversation of the wicked:  (For that righteous man dwelling
among them, in seeing and hearing, vexed his righteous soul
from day to day with their unlawful deeds;)  The Lord knoweth
how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the
unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished:  But chiefly
them that walk after the flesh in the lust of uncleanness, and
despise government. Presumptuous are they, selfwilled, they
are not afraid to speak evil of dignities.  Whereas angels,
which are greater in power and might, bring not railing
accusation against them before the Lord.  But these, as natural
brute beasts, made to be taken and destroyed, speak evil of
the things that they understand not; and shall utterly perish in
their own corruption;  And shall receive the reward of
unrighteousness, as they that count it pleasure to riot in the
day time. Spots they are and blemishes, sporting themselves
with their own deceivings while they feast with you;  Having
eyes full of adultery, and that cannot cease from sin; beguiling
unstable souls: an heart they have exercised with covetous
practices; cursed children:  Which have forsaken the right way,
and are gone astray, following the way of Balaam the son of
Bosor, who loved the wages of unrighteousness;  But was
rebuked for his iniquity: the dumb ass speaking with man's
voice forbad the madness of the prophet.  These are wells
without water, clouds that are carried with a tempest; to
whom the mist of darkness is reserved for ever.
Jas 2:13-24  For he shall have judgment without mercy, that
hath shewed no mercy; and mercy rejoiceth against judgment.
What doth it profit, my brethren, though a man say he hath
faith, and have not works? can faith save him?  If a brother or
sister be naked, and destitute of daily food,   And one of you
say unto them, Depart in peace, be ye warmed and filled;
notwithstanding ye give them not those things which are
needful to the body; what doth it profit?  Even so faith, if it
hath not works, is dead, being alone.   Yea, a man may say,
Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without
thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works.  Thou
believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also
believe, and tremble.  But wilt thou know, O vain man, that
faith without works is dead?  Was not Abraham our father
justified by works, when he had offered Isaac his son upon the
altar?   Seest thou how faith wrought with his works, and by
works was faith made perfect?  And the scripture was fulfilled
which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto
him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God.
Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by
faith only.
For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without
works is dead also, James 2:26.

:At some point in Isaac's youth, Abraham was commanded by
God to offer his son up as a sacrifice in the land of Moriah. The
patriarch traveled three days until he came to the mount that
God told him of. He commanded the servants to remain while
he and Isaac proceeded alone into the mount. Isaac carried
the wood upon which he would be sacrificed. Along the way,
Isaac asked his father where the animal for the burnt offering
was, to which Abraham replied "God will provide himself a
lamb for a burnt offering". Just as Abraham was about to
sacrifice his son, he was interrupted by "the angel of the
LORD", and he saw behind him a "ram caught in a thicket by
his horns", which he sacrificed instead of his son, : last paragraph/WIKIPEDIA

The children of Israel, that is the children of flesh, had not attained righteousness. For righteousness comes by faith and not of itself, it is a gift of God. If righteousness comes by a gift of God, then it is no more our work that saves us but his tender mercy. And in this saying, the doctrine of election stands sure. That salvation did not come by the will of man but by the will of God.
Rom 9:13-23 As it is written, Jacob have I loved, but Esau have I hated. What shall we say then? Is there unrighteousness with God? God forbid. For he saith to Moses, I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion. So then it is not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God that sheweth mercy. For the scripture saith unto Pharaoh, Even for this same purpose have I raised thee up, that I might shew my power in thee, and that my name might be declared throughout all the earth. Therefore hath he mercy on whom he will have mercy, and whom he will he hardeneth. Thou wilt say then unto me, Why doth he yet find fault? For who hath resisted his will? Nay but, O man, who art thou that repliest against God? Shall the thing formed say to him that formed it, Why hast thou made me thus? Hath not the potter power over the clay, of the same lump to make one vessel unto honour, and another unto dishonour? What if God, willing to shew his wrath, and to make his power known, endured with much longsuffering the vessels of wrath fitted to destruction: And that he might make known the riches of his glory on the vessels of mercy, which he had afore prepared unto glory, Even us, whom he hath called, not of the Jews only, but also of the Gentiles?
Rom 4:1-5 What shall we say then that Abraham our father, as pertaining to the flesh, hath found? For if Abraham were justified by works, he hath whereof to glory; but not before God. For what saith the scripture? Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness. Now to him that worketh is the reward not reckoned of grace, but of debt. But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.

A RECAP OF SCRIPTURE FOR THE LAST DAYS

On or about 6000 years ago God created the heaven and the earth.  You can read of this in the Genesis account in the first chapter.  An interesting thing of this first chapter is that in Genesis 1:27-31 he created man in his own image on the sixth day.  God rested on the seventh day for a thousand years (2nd Peter 3:8).  At the time it had not rained upon the earth but a mist watered the face of the ground (Genesis 2:7).  On the sixth day God had created man in his image then he did something marvelous.  He formed Adam out of the dust of the ground and breathed part of himself (breath of life) into Adam and he became a living soul.MAKING MAN HIS OFFSPRING.
Act 17:26 And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation;
Act 17:27 That they should seek the Lord, if haply they might feel after him, and find him, though he be not far from every one of us:
Act 17:28 For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring.
Act 17:29 Forasmuch then as we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Godhead is like unto gold, or silver, or stone, graven by art and man's device.
Act 17:30 And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent:
Act 17:31 Because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he hath ordained; whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead.

The Lord, never tiring of his labor, then planted a garden eastward in Eden (Genesis 2:8).  Then placed Adam in the garden to dress and keep it.
In Genesis 2:21 we find the creation of Eve from Adam and in Genesis 2:24 we find that this union becomes a natural law (God's law).  Getting off topic for a moment, it is little wonder today as satan seems to control our government and society, that man would write laws that would try to usurp the authority of God's laws such as legalizing homosexuality and gene splicing.
Our Lord Jesus, who created man and the earth and the heavens, had thrown satan out of heaven onto the earth (Luke 10:18).  We find in Genesis 3:1 his first appearance on earth in the garden of Eden where he seduced Eve, committed fornication with her, and out of that union produced Cain, who slew his brother because his brother's works were righteous{ (Genesis 4:1-15){
1Jn 3:12 Not as Cain, who was of that wicked one, and slew his brother. And wherefore slew he him? Because his own works were evil, and his brother's righteous. .  This mark that is in Genesis 4:15 is the same mark found in Revelation 13:16.  This is the mark of oppression, the mark of jealousy, the mark of the haters of righteousness.  It is in their minds as doctrine and in their hands as work.  Wherever you find the truth subverted, deceit, disobedience to God, asserting of various lusts and pleasures, malice and envy, and people hating one another, you find evidence ofthe mark of the beast.  i.e. the mark of Cain.  (Mathew 7:17-19, Mathew 12:33)
After some time, there was a war in heaven and part of the angels of heaven rebelled against God.  Those angels were cast out onto the earth (Revelation 12:7-9, 1 Peter 2:4, Jude 1:6).  This story is explained in the book of Enoch which Peter and Jude allude to, but it was not cannonized into the Old Testament.
The story goes that these fallen angels when cast down to the earth lusted after the women here and forcefully took wives to themselves.  There is mention of this in Genesis 6:4.  In the book of Enoch it also makes mention that these angels taught women the art of seduction and taught the men the art of war and also taught the mixing of animals which goes against God's law, that everything should produce after it's own kind.  God saw the wickedness in the earth and purposed it in his heart because it grieved him to destroy man from the face of the earth and everything that lived (Genesis 6:5-7).  But there was one man named Noah that found grace in the eyes of God.  God loved Noah.  The word "grace" means unmerritted favor.  Noah was a just man and his ansestors had not been poluted by the fallen and Noah walked with God.  God gave Noah instruction on how to save him and his family from the destruction that was to come.  The most amazing thing about the tale is that Noah believed God and in believing him saved him and his whole house.  (1Pe 3:18-21  For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit: By which also he went and preached unto the spirits in prison;  Which sometime were disobedient, when once the longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls were saved by water. The like figure whereunto even baptism doth also now save us (not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God,) by the resurrection of Jesus Christ:)
When the Lord God walked the earth he left certain witness about those days:  Mat 24:37-39  But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.  For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,  And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
These statements that the Lord made hint of something more evil because we know that a person getting married or eating or drinking is not in and of itself a sin.  His reference here is that man was paying no thought to God at all.  And had turned the natural laws of God into nothing more than base impulses and needs of the belly.  For every good thing in this life is given to us by God to be received with thanksgiving (1 Timothy 4:4).
